Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson wasted no time in twisting the knife after his longtime rap rival Sean “Diddy” Combs was sentenced to 50 months in prison on Friday.

While awaiting sentencing, it emerged that Combs had brazenly booked a speaking engagement in Miami, Florida, scheduled for next week and apparently made under the assumption he might walk free with time served. Instead, on Friday, a New York judge sentenced Combs to over four years in prison after his July conviction on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution and fined him $500,000.

Jacokson, whose feud with Combs has simmered for two decades, took to X with a gleeful swipe at the disgraced mogul’s sudden unavailability.

“I’m available!,” he jabbed.

The post was accompanied by a courtroom sketch of Combs alongside a hard-cropped photo of his attorney, Marc Agnifilo.

Jackson had been relentless in his commentary of the case, branding Combs as a “very dangerous” individual and warning that he hadn’t changed.

The rap rivalry stretches back to the mid-2000s, when Jackson released a diss track titled “The Bomb” about Combs and in another song sneered that because of his trolling he wouldn’t be invited Combs’ celebrity-studded “white parties in the Hamptons.”

Combs so-called “white parties” are now subject to a barrage of civil lawsuits accusing him of rape and assault. Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, representing numerous plaintiffs, said more than 100 women and men nationwide have filed or signaled suits. The claims span drugging, coercion, and underage exploitation at the parties.

While Combs was acquitted on racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges, the case for which Combs was sentenced Friday hinged on testimony from Combs’ former partner, singer Cassie Ventura, and another woman identified only as “Jane.” Prosecutors alleged the rapper leveraged his wealth and influence to stage drug-fueled gatherings — known as “freak-offs” — where women were coerced and abused.
