Former senator and diplomat Jeff Flake urged his fellow Republicans to do better after President Donald Trump posted an AI-generated video of Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), calling Democrats “just a bunch of woke pieces of s**t.”
“C’mon, fellow Republicans, we’re better than this,” Flake posted to X along with a screenshot from CNN featuring Schumer in the AI video, as well as Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY), who is sporting a sombrero and a mustache.
Flake previously served as a senator from Arizona and an ambassador under former President Joe Biden. He’s long been a vocal critic of Trump.
The president originally posted the video to his X and Truth Social accounts.
In the video, Schumer says:
Look guys, there’s no way to sugarcoat it. Nobody likes Democrats anymore. We have no voters left because of all of our woke, trans bullsh*t. Not even Black people want to vote for us anymore. Even Latinos hate us. So we need new voters, and if we give all these illegal aliens free healthcare, we might be able to get them on our side so they can vote for us. They can’t even speak English so they won’t realize we’re just a bunch of woke pieces of sh*t, you know? At least for a while, until they learn English and they realize they hate us too.
Trump also raised eyebrows over the weekend with another AI video post to social media. On Saturday, Trump posted an AI video promoting “med beds,” non-existent beds that can supposedly cure any sickness (he has since deleted that video).
“Every American will soon receive their own medbed card,” an AI Trump promised in the video. “With it, you’ll have guaranteed access to our new hospitals led by the top doctors in the nation, equipped with the most advanced technology in the world.”
