Balgarianovinite.com SPA Hotel Belchin Garden offers year-round spa services to its guests, hotel manager Petar Ivanov told BTA. The entire centre uses mineral water and features four pools, both indoor and outdoor. The children’s pool, located outdoors, is heated at 35C.
The spa centre also includes a Finnish sauna and a Roman bath, a steam room, a salt room, heated benches, a fitness centre, and four rooms for therapies and treatments.
The mineral water springs up near the hotel. Its healing properties help with skin problems, have therapeutic effects on the peripheral nervous system, etc.
Ivanov said that the hotel has established itself as a family-friendly destination over the years, with guests most often coming from the capital and surrounding areas. The hotel’s peak season is summer, with a 69% annual occupancy rate for 2025. The complex hosts primarily conferences during the week. A new building with a separate spa centre is currently under construction.
The hotel offers various vacation packages, and in the winter, it offers a bus specifically for tourists who want to ski at the Borovets resort.
The hotel opened its doors 15 years ago. It has a capacity of about 100 guests. The number of employees is over 70, and it increases even further during the summer months.
