Balgarianovinite.com Reserve and retired officers and sergeants in Varna see BSP – United Left policies as a return to normality, consistency and predictability, said the coalition’s press centre in the seaside city on Tuesday. The position was expressed at a meeting of the coalition’s top-of-the-list MP candidate in Varna, Desislav Taskov, and MP candidate Hristo Boev with supporters.
Issues related to healthcare, incomes, pensions and the functioning of state institutions were discussed at the meeting. Questions were raised about access to medical care, social security, and the need for greater fairness and efficiency in governance.
Taskov emphasized the need for a deep reform of the healthcare system aimed at ensuring accessible and high-quality treatment for all, as well as restoring the role of the state within the system.
Boev presented his views on restoring trust in institutions through consistent policies, legal certainty and real reforms that would guarantee justice and predictability. He highlighted the new energy and direction within the coalition’s dominant party, BSP (Bulgarian Socialist Party), which is undergoing renewal and offering solutions that meet public expectations.
Taskov, too, noted that the BSP is on a path of renewal, with new energy, a clearer vision and consistency in defending policies in the interest of the majority of Bulgarian citizens.
