With their new album, Chambao 25 Aniversario, the group transport audiences to a world where rhythm meets the soul and melodies touch the heart, the organizers said. “This is not just a concert – it is a celebration of life, memories and the music that connects us. Experience the magic of live performance, watch the stage transform into an ocean of light and sound, and immerse yourself in the story of one of the most iconic musical groups of our time.”
Chambao were founded in the city of Malaga, in the Andalusia region of Spain, in 2002. They perform a distinctive style known as flamenco chill, blending traditional flamenco influences with contemporary sounds.
The band’s name refers to a straw beach shelter that provides protection from rain, wind and sun. Chambao were originally formed as a trio comprising Maria — also known as La Mari or Rosa Maria (“Red Maria”) — Eduardo and Dani. Dani later left the group, leaving the band as a duo.
