The overall producer price index in the Services of the business economy increased by 2.4% in the second quarter of 2026 compared with the previous quarter, the National Statistical Institute (NSI) said on its website on Tuesday. The largest increase of 3.1% was recorded in the Real estate activities sector.
Compared with the second quarter of 2025, the overall producer price index in business services rose by 7.2%.
NSI data show that at the beginning of 2026, business service prices increased by 2.5% compared with the previous quarter and by 5.5% year-on-year.
