Parliament’s Legal Affairs Committee has scheduled for November 2 a hearing of the candidates for members of the Judicial Council’s (SJC) prosecutors’ and judges’ chambers from the quota of the National Assembly. The hearing will be broadcast online, and if it cannot be completed in one day, it will continue on November 3 and 4.
The committee has reviewed the candidates’ documents. The candidates admitted to the hearing are:
Judges’ Chamber: Aneta Antonova, Vasil Pandov, Evgeni Staykov, Emil Dechev, Ivan Ranchev, Kalin Batalski, Mihail Malchev, Petyo Slavov, Svetozar Georgiev, Silvia Tsanova, Tanya Radulovska, Tsveta Rangelova and Tsvetko Lazarov.
Prosecutors’ Chamber: Andrey Yankulov, Veselin Vuchkov, Emil Dechev, Ekaterina Getova, Ivan Kalibaltsev, Krasimir Komsalov, Milena Karagyozova and Stefan Milev.
