Burgas Proposes Port Site for Eurovision 2027 Eurovillage

Burgas has proposed part of the Burgas-East 1 port terminal as the location for Eurovillage, the public festival area planned alongside the Eurovision Song Contest 2027, Burgas Mayor Dimitar Nikolov said after a working meeting with Transport Minister Georgi Peev here on Monday.
The area will be cleared and prepared for approval by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), the Mayor noted, adding that the proposed location offers convenient access to the city centre, railway and bus stations, the port and the Sea Garden.
Eurovillage typically hosts concerts, live screenings and cultural events, offering Eurovision fans and visitors activities beyond the main competition venue.
