MAGA influencer Scott Presler, who has routinely accused Democrats of voter fraud, has been accused of allowing at least three people unrelated to him and who do not live with him to use his Pennsylvania home address to cast their ballots in 2024.

The Bulwark’s Brendan Hartnett wrote Friday:

Presler cast his own ballot using that address during the 2024 cycle. So did three other people outside the Presler family.

A review of voter registration records shows that GOP operatives from states across the country used Presler’s home address to cast ballots in Pennsylvania during the 2024 election. They include a consultant who voted in Florida in both 2020 and April 2025, along with a right-wing social media personality from Oklahoma.

As Hartnett noted, Presler has been one of the loudest voices elevating the “Republican party’s claim that Democrats have illegally registered voters.”

In July, Presler accused a Pennsylvania shelter for the homeless of allowing more than 500 people to use the address to vote. “The shelter only holds 100 beds. The PA Department of State has a lot of explaining to do,” he wrote. “We’re finding this all over the state. Preserve your records.”

As many noted at the time, many houseless and homeless people use the address of a shelter to register to vote. Per Vote.gov, this is allowable “even if you do not currently live there.”

Hartnett added:

An individual who wishes to vote in Pennsylvania must, by state law, reside in the state and the intended election district for at least thirty days before Election Day. The address provided when registering to vote must be ‘considered the residence . . . in which his habitation is fixed, and to which, whenever he is absent, he has the intention of returning.’ The law also makes clear that ‘a person shall not be considered to have gained a residence in any election district of this State into which he comes for temporary purposes only, without the intention of making such election district his permanent place of abode.’

Presler’s PAC Early Vote Action said in a statement to The Bulwark, “Mr. Presler is a generous person who, over time, has had friends find residency in his home while actively working and residing in Pennsylvania. EVA PAC takes its voter registration compliance with law very seriously. Several of the residents that once lived in Scott’s home have now since departed and found residence elsewhere in other states—yet as you’ve shown, the PA voter rolls continue to reflect their names here. It is pure madness that PA can’t clean up their voter rolls.”

But Hartnett also investigated “financial documents, voting records, and social media activity” that “calls into question whether these ‘friends’ had truly established residency in Pennsylvania as defined in state law.” He continued:

Among those who listed Presler’s home on their voter registration is Heather Langley. In an article she wrote for Nola.com in November 2024, Langley was described as a ‘business and political consultant’ based in New Iberia, Louisiana. Records filed with the Federal Election Commission also indicate that she once resided in Crestview, Florida.

Writing in August 2024, Presler said that Langley had ‘uprooted her life to spend the next 3 months for Trump in Pennsylvania.’ What was not revealed in that post was that Langley was using Presler’s address as her home base. Langley’s own posts on X also suggest that she did not plan to make Pennsylvania her ‘permanent place of abode.’ In posts from August and October 2024, Langley referred to Louisiana as her home state. And after the election, Langley appears to have gone back south.

Others who have apparently used the address to cast ballots include MAGA influencer Alfred Ashley and Joseph Albert Petriella. On top of that, Hartnett wrote, “Eve Presler himself appears to spend limited time at his Beaver County home.”
