Lukoil Provided with Raw Materials until mid-December, No Room for Panic – PM Radev

The Lukoil petrochemical refinery is provided with raw materials until mid-December and there is no room for panic, said Prime Minister Rumen Radev during a parliamentary hearing on Wednesday.
“There are 140,000 tonnes of petroleum in the storage facility. There are another 420,000 tonnes for unloading from three tankers that are in Bulgarian territorial waters,” Radev said. The price and insurance for these tankers have been agreed upon so there will be no change there in terms of insurance, transport costs and delivery costs, he added.
As for future supplies, Radev said “it is unlikely that the actions that the government is taking with its limited capabilities will lead to any change in future insurance for next year”.
“If there are problems with fuel, it is the panic that your leader is fomenting, travelling around the country and keeping you well entertained with claims that, lo and behold, there will be no diesel and that the reason for this is that we are allowing exports,” the Prime Minister said, referring to GERB leader Boyko Borissov. Radev assured the lawmakers that there was no reason to panic and that diesel was available and would continue to be available.
